Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Whystle, our website and personal assistant. By using Whystle, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Whystle
You must be 18 or older. Whystle is an invite-only beta and free to use. You are responsible for your account and for anything done with your phone number.
What Whystle does
Whystle is an assistant you text. It acts in your name when you ask: it searches the web, fills in forms, emails, calls, and buys or books. Your request to buy or book is your confirmation, and Whystle asks again before a large purchase. You pay the seller's price, and the seller's terms apply to what you buy. AI replies can be wrong, so check anything important.
Text messages
We text you a one-time sign-in code by SMS when you ask for one, and Whystle replies in the chat you start. How many messages you get depends on how much you text Whystle. We don't send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Don't use Whystle to break the law, harm or spam people, or get around Whystle's security or limits.
Liability
Whystle is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of €100 or what you paid us in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending and changes
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, change Whystle, or end the beta. We tell you about material changes to these terms by text or email; using Whystle after that means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes go to Harju County Court in Tallinn. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
